(West Fargo, ND) -- Shocking and saddening news coming out of the West Fargo Police Department Tuesday.
Chief Dennis Otterness confirming an officer has been pronounced dead after suffering what is believed to have been a heart attack in the underground parking garage at the station.
The officers name is being withheld at this time.
