America’s Land Auctioneer and Pifer’s Land: This week on America’s Land Auctioneer we are joined by Pifer’s Regional Land Auction manager and Pifer’s International Equipment Auction manager, Andy Mrnak.  Andy is an auctioneer and realtor with Pifers.  He provides insight to western North Dakota land values and a keen perspective on values of new and used equipment.
Kevin and Andy discuss how taxes, low interest rates and the drought have impacted land values and the trends in the used equipment market. They also will provide insight as to how the Internet has transformed the auction industry, providing sellers access to a larger buyer base while at the same time providing buyers convenience of bidding remotely.
