(Moorhead, MN) -- Getting around Moorhead may be getting a bit easier and quicker.
City Council will hold a Public Hearing and First Draft Reading for Ordinance 2021-10 on Monday, August 23rd at 5:45 PM to consider a Franchise Ordinance relating to Bird Rides, Inc. to operate scooters within certain public rights-of-way.
Bird has already broke into North Dakota communities, like Bismarck, and is becoming a fast-growing trend for Metro Areas across the country.
