West Fargo Police Chief Denis Otterness goes 1-on-1 with our Allye Doyle about police accountability and what standards officers are held to when crimes are committed.

This comes after former Assistant Police Chief Jerry Boyer was dismissed for non-criminal misconduct inside the West Fargo Police Department, and a deputy with the Cass County Sheriff's Office was fired after being charged with a DUI back in August.

Chief Otterness talks about the internal code officers share as well to hold each other accountable when a crime or issue does occur and is not handled properly.
