Following the announcement of more than $586 million was raised for North Dakota State University In Our Hands campaign, Scott Hennen caught up with North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum.
Burgum, an NDSU alumni, talks about the importance of the campaign. Also, Burgum talks about the challenges facing higher education and the continuing issues surrounding the CDL requirements.
