Former North Dakota State Penitentiary Employee Accused Of Smuggling Drugs Into Prison

(Bismarck, ND)  --  A former North Dakota State Penitentiary employee is accused of smuggling drugs and electronics into prison.   Matthew Taylor was a correctional officer and accused of being paid by a woman to deliver packages into an inmate.  That inmate later tested positive for methamphetamine.  Court papers say Taylor received payments of more than 800-dollars for the deliveries.
