(Grand Forks, ND) -- Authorities say a Grand Forks man apparently drowned in Devils Lake this week.
Officials say 62-year-old Douglas Almquist was found Tuesday morning in the lake by an employee of a nearby resort. Investigators believe the man was fishing, but there are no witnesses to confirm why Almquist ended up in the water.
Foul play is not suspected.
