(Bismarck, ND) -- Oil officials say Hurricane Ida likely won't affect gas prices in North Dakota. Prices in Bismarck are at around three-dollars per gallon currently, and probably won't change soon. President of Heartland Investor Services Eugene Graner says it could go up a nickel, or dime in some places. Gas did rise in 2005 due to Hurricane Katrina.
