(New Town, ND) -- The Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation is requiring masks to be worn within tribally-owned facilities.
The move was announced Friday in a memo to all tribal departments, employees, and entities and went into effect yesterday morning. The rule applies regardless of vaccination status.
The change in policy comes as COVID-19 cases continue to spike.
