(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota's U.S. Senators John Hoeven and Kevin Cramer want President Biden to take back his request to OPEC to increase oil production.
The two issued a joint letter this week calling Biden's position "astonishing" and said it is a "threat to American jobs and family budgets." North Dakota Petroleum Council president Ron Ness says the plea is "an insult to our energy workers."
OPEC has rejected Biden's plea for more oil production.
