The North Dakota Department of Health says its fourth medical marijuana dispensary is set to open next Tuesday.
The latest dispensary to open, called Harvest of Bismarck, will be located in Bismarck, at 1207 Memorial Highway.
The department says that, to become a qualifying patient or designated caregiver and to enter the display area of the dispensaries, an individual must have their registry identification card. More than 900 cards have been issued to qualifying patients, the department says.
Also, starting today, the dispensary in Williston will be open from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
The Department of Health says it's anticipating the Jamestown location will be the next dispensary opened, followed by one in Devils Lake.
