Mandan Man Waives Preliminary Hearing in Quadruple Murder Case

 

The Mandan man, accused of killing four people at a Mandan business in April, has pleaded not guilty in South Central District Court.

The announcement came Friday morning.

According to court documents filed in South Central District Court, Chad Isaak's waiver of personal appearance at the preliminary hearing was granted Friday morning, shortly after 9 a.m., by Judge Gail Haggerty. He was scheduled to appear for arraignment on Monday morning.

The case will now go to trial.

Isaak faces four counts of Class AA Murder, one count of Class B Felony, one count of Class C Felony Concealment Within a Vehicle and a Class A Misdemeanor of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.
