The Grand Forks Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Seth Allen Suko.
Suko has absconded from his duty to register as an offender as required by law. Suko is known to have ties to Grand Forks and Jamestown.
Charges are currently pending for failure to register. Suko’s whereabouts are currently unknown.
