MN Highway 200 to Widen Shoulders in 2020

Justin Knopf, Minnesota DOT Project Manager, joins Scott Hennen to talk about the Highway 200 survey project. The Minnesota Department of Transportation has been collecting survey information along Highway 200, from the Wild Rice River to just east of the Mahnomen/Clearwater County line. The survey information is being collected within 100 feet of the existing shoulder on Highway 200. The collected information is necessary for the final design of MnDOT’s 2022 construction project, which includes adding and widening shoulders on Highway 200. 

MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down and watch for crews working near the shoulder.
