Changes in traffic beginning Tuesday in West Fargo

Beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, Ninth Street NW will close from Main Avenue W. to Eighth Avenue NW for BNSF Railway to continue to complete repairs to a railroad crossing south of Seventh Avenue NW. Local traffic will be able to access businesses within the closure, all other traffic will need to utilize Eighth Avenue NW to 26th Street NW to 21st Street NW to Main Avenue West. The road is anticipated to Wednesday.

City of West Fargo crews are also repairing curbs at the intersection of Seventh Avenue West and Eighth Street West from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3. While there will not be a closure, motorists are asked to travel through the area with care and slow down to protect workers in the area.
