Unofficial results from Hope and Page show that patrons in each community support consolidating Hope and Page into the Hope-Page School District.
According to business manager Alli Roller, 188 people voted in the Hope School District, while votership in the Page School District was just as high, with 166 voters casting votes. In the Hope School District, an overwhelming majority approved the consolidation, with 184 voting in favor. In Page, 121 people voted in favor of the consolidation.
Roller says the question of consolidation is to be carried by Hope Public School and Page Public School, but all results are considered unofficial and are subject to official canvass results posted on Monday.
