The Fargo Police Department is notifying the Fargo community about a registered sex offender that has moved in the area.
According to the Fargo P-D, 30-year-old Dustin Ray Fredrickson is living at 2113 9th Avenue South #2 in Fargo.
Fredrickson has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee.
According to information made available by the police department, Fredrickson was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct-4th degree in Clay County District Court in Minnesota on April 6, 2015. When Fredrickson was 26 years old, he had sexual contact with a 14 year old female.
Fredrickson is a lifetime registrant.
