It is still a very active situation, and those in the vicinity are strongly encouraged to evacuate their homes, or, at the very least, shelter-in-place.

Schindeldecker says that, shortly after 10 p.m., officers were dispatched to a verbal domestic, outside of a residence in the 1100 block of College Street.
When authorities arrived, they spoke with both parties. A male ran away, and entered the residence, locking himself inside.
Police say there are two young children inside the home. There is an active protection order in place between the male and female, and the male is known to police, and they have reason to believe he "may be a threat to himself or others."
Officers ask that residents in the area either evacuate the area, or shelter in place.
