Severe Storms A Possibility Tonight

The National Weather Service office in Grand Forks says there is a slight risk of severe weather in the Red River Valley this evening and tonight.

The weather service says its possible as a cold front pushes southward throughout the region.

The potential for hail up to one inch in diameter, along with wind gusts to 60 miles per hour, is possible. The weather service says tornadoes are unlikely in this severe weather threat.

It is predicted that the weather may turn severe between 4 p.m. and midnight.
