Road construction continues on Highway 59 in Minnesota

On Wednesday, Sept. 25, weather permitting, crews will complete final striping at the U.S. Highway 59 and Willow Street roundabout. The work is part of a pavement repair project at the intersection. 

Flaggers and a pilot car will control traffic, but delays on Highway 59, Willow Street and Long Lake Road are expected. The Minnesota Department of Transportation urges motorists to always drive with caution, and reminds them to obey traffic control, slow down in the work zone and never enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones.
