Elm Street North closed

Elm Street North was closed overnight between 13th and 15th Avenues North due to rising waters causing safety concerns.

The detour is via 3rd Street North. The City expects this to be a short-term closure with Elm Street reopening as soon as the water recedes below the shoulder of the roadway.
