This morning, at 3:24 a.m., Fargo Police officers were dispatched to a rollover crash in the 1600 block of 47th Street South.
Officers arrived and found the vehicle on its roof in the roadway. The driver was out of the vehicle when officers arrived and not injured. The crash investigation revealed the driver was traveling northbound on 47th Street South, when they struck a parked car and rolled the vehicle on its roof.
The driver was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, a $20 fine.
