Missing juvenile found

A missing 13-year-old, from Moorhead, has been found.

Moorhead Police say 13-year-old Joshua Neumayer ran away on September 29. He was located and is in the custody of his legal guardian. Neumayer was located without incident thanks to observant citizens, the department says.
