Fargo's 18th Avenue North to close Monday

Beginning Monday, November 11, 18th Street North will close to through traffic between 12th Avenue North and Centennial Boulevard. The closure is needed for repairs on the railroad crossing at 18th Street. The road is expected to reopen on Tuesday, November 12.
