A couple of severe thunderstorms moved throughout the region Saturday night. The National Weather Service issued a couple of severe thunderstorm warnings for a storm capable of producing 60 mile per hour winds. Hail, up to one inch in diameter, was reported as well. The southern end of the valley saw some heavy rain pockets move throughout the area.
