It’s still a month away, but the family of former First Lady of North Dakota, Grace Link, was in Bismarck over the weekend to celebrate Grace’s 100th birthday. Her actual birthday is September 13, but family was in town for a reunion, so they decided to celebrate it then. A public celebration was held at the Heritage Center, a place where Grace and her late husband Art Link were strong supporters.
