Join us for an evening of practical advice, resources and stories that offer hope and guidance to those living with dementia and their caregivers at “Living With Dementia.” Bring your questions about living with dementia at any stage for our panel of experts.

The event, which is free and open to the public, is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 20, from 6-7:30 p.m. at Lutheran Social Services at 3911 20th Ave. S., Fargo.

Co-sponsored by Hospice of the Red River Valley and the Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota, the event will feature medical experts and caregivers who have cared for family or friends with dementia.

The Fargo event includes Dr. Tricia Langlois, the medical director for Hospice of the Red River Valley; Dr. Lindsay Hines, a neuropsychologist for Sanford Health; Kendra Binger, program manager with the Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota-North Dakota; and Deb Kaul, co-founder of Memory Café of the Red River Valley and owner of Dignity Care.

Family caregivers, professional caregivers (nurses, social workers, chaplains, clergy and physicians) and anyone who works with people living with dementia are invited. No CEs will be provided for this event.
