The Dilworth Police Department says a 50-year old man is dead after an early morning crash in the City of Dilworth.
According to a news release, at approximately 1:25 a.m. Tuesday, Dilworth Police officers, along with area law enforcement and EMS, were dispatched to a single vehicle fatal crash at the corner of 9th Street SW and 4th Avenue SW.
The vehicle left the roadway and ended up in the ditch close to the BNSF property.
The 50 year old male driver was the only occupant.
The investigation is continuing
