At 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, Fargo Police officers responded to the 500 block of Main Avenue for a report of multiple cars with windows broken out with a male inside one of the vehicles.
At 3:22 a.m., Fargo Police arrested Anthony Lamar Harper, a 49 year old with no permanent address, for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
