City of Fargo conducts tobacco compliance checks

Twenty-three businesses were checked and 22 passed, resulting in a 96% success rate. Fargo Cass Public Health appreciates the cooperation of local tobacco retailers in ensuring tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, are not being sold to minors.
