On August 7, 2018, a sexual assault complaint was reported to the West Fargo Police Department. Officers responded to the complaint and are investigating the incident that involves sexual contact of a Juvenile under the age of 14. The suspect in the incident has been interviewed and was arrested for Gross Sexual Imposition and was transported to the Cass County Corrections Center on August 7, 2018.
The suspect, Osmar Dionel Vasquez, 42 years old, is a West Fargo resident.
