3:09 p.m. update: Clay County Sheriff Mark Empting now says the Clay County Highway Department has pulled all Clay County plows off of County Roads due to zero visibility in rural Clay County.
ORIGINAL STORY: Due to low visibility and poor road conditions, NO TRAVEL IS ADVISED IN CLAY COUNTY. Deputies are reporting the visibility is near zero in the rural areas.
