The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has awarded a $2,844,888 grant to the State of North Dakota. The funds, awarded through FEMA’s Pre-Disaster Mitigation Competitive (PDMC) Grant Program, will cover 75 percent of the nearly $3.8 million cost of a bank stabilization project at the University of Mary. The funding will help stabilize slopes near the University of Mary’s North Campus Residence Hall.
