Author to Visit Three Fargo Public Schools

On Wednesday, February 26 through Friday, February 28, seventh graders at Ben Franklin, Discovery, and Carl Ben Eielson Middle Schools will hear from local Fantasy Author Peter Fane who will talk about creating worlds, the value of reading, and being the hero of your own story.

Mr. Fane's books explore themes of loyalty, honor, discipline, and dragons. He regularly works with schools, libraries, and non-profits to promote literacy, 21st century word skills, and storytelling. The celebrated author of the Tales from the Canon of Tarn series has released three tales in the saga — The Blind Dragon, The Bear and His Daughter, and the new release, The Song the Ogre Sang, with forthcoming titles in production.
