This morning, at 7:20 a.m., Fargo Police officers were dispatched to the parking lot of the NDSCS, 1305 19th Avenue North, for a report of an unknown problem with an elderly male parked in his vehicle. Officers arrived and found the male deceased.
At this time, police do not suspect foul play. Officers are still investigating the scene, no further information is available at this time.
