On Friday, at approximately 2:17 a.m., Clay County deputies were dispatched to the area of the 6000 block of 70th Street South, rural Sabin, for a report of a suspicion female walking along the road. Upon arriving in the area, the deputies were able to locate the female and learned that she was the victim of an assault.
