Innovate ND program on hold in response to COVID-19 crisis

The North Dakota Department of Commerce today announced that the Innovate North Dakota program is on hold until further notice.

The announcement was made in response to the recent novel coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis.

“As circumstances continue to evolve, Commerce will continue to shift resources to assist businesses experiencing or forecasting impact from the recent health crisis,” said Josh Teigen, head of investments for Commerce.

Current participants will remain in the program and will resume where they left off once normal activity returns.

Interested companies and current applicants should follow the three-step process for financing as outlined in the COVID-19 Business and Employer Resources: Financial page

Innovate ND is a voucher and grant program available to entrepreneurs in North Dakota. The program provides resources to assist with turning an innovative idea into a profitable business.
