Fargo Police respond to bone discovery near Trollwood Park

Fargo Police responded to a report of human bones found near Trollwood Park earlier this evening. According to reports, passers-by found what appeared to be human bones near the park.

Officers responded to the scene, along with the Cass County Coroner. They collected the bones for examination and to attempt identification.

Police say the initial assessment shows that the bones had been in the location for “an extended period of time," and that no further information is available at this time.
