Glyndon Police Chief retires after more than 20 years of service

After more than 22 years of service to the citizens of Glyndon, Minn., Police Chief Michael Cline has retired.

Cline’s last official signoff was Thursday afternoon.

“I just want to thank all the dispatchers, who always knew where to send me and when to check up on me, and for keeping me safe,” he said in his last radio transmission. “I want to thank all the law enforcement officers I trained in for their first cop job, worked with me over the years and went through doors with me. It’s a special family, and you will all be missed. So, Central, I’ll be 10-7.”
