The City of West Fargo sanitation department would like to remind residents that Clean Up Week has been posted from the first week in May to Sept. 14-18, 2020. For details on Clean Up Week rules, visit www.cleanupweek.com.
To assist residents with materials they would like to dispose of before the September Clean Up Week, the West Fargo Transfer Station (1620 Main Ave. W.) is available 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Residents may haul branches, household waste, building materials and furniture to this location.
During the week of June 8, residents may also bring two appliances and up to six passenger tires to the Transfer Station free of charge. They may also utilize the Fargo Landfill and Household Hazardous Waste facility. Reminder to West Fargo residents that charges for the use of the Fargo Landfill are still in effect.
