The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be conducting annual bridge inspections in our area next week.
On Monday, May 18, 2020, the Kennedy Bridge on Highway 2 will be down to one lane in each direction. Crews will be enforcing a 9 ft. width restriction.
On Thursday, May 21, 2020, the Sorlie Bridge on Demers Ave. will be inspected. Drivers can expect the lanes of traffic to be narrowed during the inspection.
Inspections at both bridges are expected to take one day.
