Grand Forks' South 12th Street will be closed starting Tuesday, May 26, 2020 from 17th Avenue South to 19th Avenue South for phase one of reconstruction. Once phase one of reconstruction is complete, South 12th Street will be closed from 19th Avenue South to Park Drive for phase two of the reconstruction project. Detour signs will be posted.
The entire project on South 12th Street is expected to be complete by the end of August, weather permitting.
