Hospital Foundation to receive funding for COVID-19 preparedness, response

 

U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded $1,072,968 to the North Dakota Hospital Foundation for COVID-19 preparedness and response activities.

This investment was approved by the HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response through the Hospital Preparedness Program, which is a cooperative agreement program that establishes a foundation for national health care preparedness, promotes a consistent national focus to improve patient outcomes during emergencies and disasters, and enables rapid recovery.
