Fargo Police arrest 18th individual in connection with riot

On Friday, Fargo Police officers arrested Simon Habonimana, 22 of Fargo, in connection to last Saturday's riot for Armed Rioter (B Felony) and Attempted Assault on a Peace Officer (C Felony).

18 total arrests have been made in connection to the riot.
