Beginning Monday, June 22, the east bound lane on 1st Avenue North will be closed between 16th and 19th Streets North. East bound vehicles will be shifted into the center turn lane. The closure is for the construction of new sidewalk along the south side of 1st Avenue North. The closure is expected to be in place for one week.
