An investigation is underway in Cass County into an assault overnight in the City of Horace.
According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, at 1:51 a.m. Sunday, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, F-M Ambulance and the Horace Fire Department responded to Big Erv’s Bar and Grill in Horace for an alleged assault.
An investigation into the report revealed the responsible party had assaulted two patrons and one bartender.
One individual was transported to a Fargo area hospital, and no information regarding their condition is being released at this time.
An individual has been arrested in connection with the incident.
