North Dakota School Superintendent Kirsten Baesler will visit Mapleton Elementary today to recognize Kayla M. Delzer, who is one of four finalists for the 2019 North Dakota Teacher of the Year award.
Delzer teaches third grade at Mapleton Elementary
Baesler will also visit finalists in Grand Forks and New Rockford today, and will visit the other finalist, who is in Minot, next week.
The Teacher of the Year will be announced later this month.
