The trial for William Hoehn, who is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, is underway today in Fargo.
The jury was seated yesterday, and opening statements from both sides of the case began this morning in Cass County District Court in Fargo. The trial is expected to last nine days, according to multiple reports.
His ex-girlfriend, Brooke Crews, is serving a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
