The following are from the City of Fargo:
Beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 9th Avenue South will be closed to through traffic between 20th and 23rd Streets South. Also, 21st Street South will be closed to through traffic between 6th and 11th Avenues South. Traffic will be detoured around the intersection.
The closure of this intersection is necessary for water main repairs to occur. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day on August 13.
Beginning at 7 a.m. on August 11, 17th Avenue South will be closed to westbound traffic between 35th and 39th Streets South. Eastbound traffic will remain open but motorists should expect delays. At 17th Avenue South, 38th Street South will be closed to through traffic. Westbound traffic on 17th Avenue South will be detoured to 13th Avenue South via 34th Street South.
The closure is necessary to allow for street surface repairs. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day on August 11.
