The complainant stated that the responsible, 35-year-old Jeremiah Fluegge was intoxicated and driving a green Pontiac Grand Prix. Officer’s located Fluegge in the driver’s seat of his vehicle, backing out from where he was parked on the lawn of the complainant’s property.
